The tenants have moved out of the 'soon to be ours' house and although our settlement date is not until the 14th May we thought we would sneak a look around the outside of the house.........we even found a family of cats living under the house!!!! (that should sort out the rodent problem!!!!)
This whole house-buying business moves scarily quickly here, we could have moved in this week which would only be just over a month since we first saw the house!!!!
