Sarah and Anwars Wedding at Erskine College

We were really happy to get the chance to dust off the gladrags and attend the beautiful evening wedding of my lovely friend Sarah and her American Marine husband, Anwar at the stunning and very gothic Erskine College http://www.erskineevents.co.nz/weddings.htm. The high heels were a bit of a challenge at 30 weeks pregnant though!!!!! The venue was the setting for Peter Jacksons 'Frighteners' movie.
The entrance to the stunning chapel.Stunning Vaulted Ceiling.
Sarah and her Dad, Brian walking down the aisle. Sarah and Anwar had already had their official wedding earlier this month at the American Marines Base in Switzerland where he is based.

The Reception Hall, waiting for dinner.
Kai, Sarahs son, Sarah and Anwar waiting to cut the stunning chocolate cake!!!!!

Sarah looking really pleased with herself.

Nicks Birthday at Osteria Del Toro, quite possible the worst meal we have ever had in Wellington, which was really disappointing as we had heard really good things about it. We have not been out to eat for ages!!!!!! The Mocktails were good though!!!!
