Easter Weekend Hot Air Balloons and Sunsets

Happy Easter Everyone, hope the Easter Bunny was generous to you all!!!!! Rob, Nicki Rich,Zach, Emma and I hired a Bach (pronounced Batch) better known as a Kiwi Holdiday Home on Foxton Beach. We went to the Levin Hot Air Balloon Festival, did some Boogie Boarding, Nicki and I got lots of runs in despite overindulging in wine and chocolate and we saw some gorgeous sunsets. Unfortunately the batteries ran out on my camera by Saturday!!!!!

Robs Mum and Dads Trip Part Two

Rob drove his Mum and Dad through the North Island up to Napier, a town on the East Coast which was destroyed by an earthquake in the 1920's and was totally rebuilt in the Art Deco Style, Rotorua, which is full of geothermic activity and smells like rotten eggs due to the sulphur, and to Waitomo Caves. Unfortunately I had to work!!!!

Scary Rimutaka Mountain road, the main route out of Wellington heading up to the East Coast!
